Following a brief battle, Calvard is experiencing unheard-of levels of wealth. However, as immigration rises and dubious political reform becomes more widespread, public uncertainty intensifies. Accompany the spriggan Van Arkride on an extraordinary mission that will turn out to be more than he anticipated. Will anarchy envelop the country?
The Tale Thus Far…
The life of a spriggan is only one of many occupations that have developed in the Calvard Republic. Whether acting as a bounty hunter, detective, or negotiator, Van Arkride takes on the kind of work that respectable sources cannot handle. Almost every profession is up for consideration, regardless of whether it’s better kept out of the public view or buried deep in the shadows of the underworld.
It’s S. 1208 year. A prim-and-proper young woman in the uniform of a prestigious academy stops at a dilapidated multi-tenant building in the nation’s capital Edith’s Old Town neighborhood. She peers at the door’s plaque with a very serious expression. ARKRIDE Solutions Office: Complicated Matters Only is what it says.
She makes three knocks on the door, steeling herself.
“First thing in the morning…?” A carefree yet shockingly youthful voice yawns.
A new story starts the instant he opens the door to welcome her.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails through Daybreak II, the sequel to Trails through Daybreak, is scheduled for release in early 2025.
