PARIS — Today, Ubisoft announced the start of the fourth season of its Entrepreneurs Lab program. For the first time, Ubisoft’s international start-up program is being held in France and Singapore thanks to partnerships with local start-up hubs such as Station F (Paris) and Pixel (Singapore).
“The recent expansion of our program to Singapore allows us to push the Ubisoft Entrepreneurs Lab further. It gives us a unique opportunity to create a global community of innovative entrepreneurs shaping the future of entertainment,” explained Catherine Seys, Start-up Program Director at Ubisoft Strategic Innovation Lab. “That’s why Ubisoft is proud to announce a great selection of startups for Season 4.”

Innovation has always been a core value for Ubisoft and working with start-ups is an incredible way to strengthen the company’s entrepreneurial spirit: The Entrepreneurs Lab is the interface between Ubisoft’s expert teams, entrepreneurs and external experts to foster productive collaborations and shape tomorrow’s entertainment. It supports startups on a global scale and leads the Gaming and Entertainment programs at Station F and Pixel, helping various talented entrepreneurs to achieve their goal. During previous seasons for example, Ubisoft had the chance to work with Mimesys, recently acquired by Magic Leap. In the same way, Azarus, which is still part of the Entrepreneurs Lab, has recently raised 2.1 million dollars for its blockchain-based competitive gaming challenge platform.
