Master over 100 recipes and bake your way to greatness with realistic motion controls
Torrance, Calif. – Aksys Games announced today that cooking simulator, Waku Waku Sweets, for the Nintendo Switch is fresh out of the oven and on retail shelves, piping hot and ready to challenge and delight budding bakers throughout North America.
In Waku Waku Sweets, players knead, mix, and bake their way to becoming a master pastry chef with over 100 different recipes featuring tasty treats from around the world. Using the Joy-Con controllers, players can sharpen their skills using realistic motions that have been designed to mimic real-life recipes, like sifting, chopping, and frosting. With multiple gameplay options, players can move up the ranks by cooking with their co-workers at the patisserie, complete solo quests, or challenge other pastry chefs. (Watch the Trailer here).
Waku Waku Sweets also features a multitude of different hairstyles and clothing options to make the player’s pastry chef avatar entirely their own. Customization doesn’t stop there, as players can furnish their own room with furniture and more.
Waku Waku Sweets is rated E by the ESRB. The game is available now at retail for $39.99. Budding bakers who order the game from the Aksys Store will receive and exclusive set of dessert erasers.
