Wargaming Labs is proud to be the Indie Showcase partner at Digital Dragons 2017. The annual event, taking place at the ICE Kraków Congress Center in Kraków, Poland on May 22–23, 2017, gathers some of the greatest gaming talent from across the globe.
The Indie Showcase gives independent developers a unique opportunity to present their games to a selected audience of industry peers, veterans, and experts, and net some prestigious awards. Among the accolades is the Best Indie Game Award competition, an awesome chance to collect valuable feedback on your game from judges and hundreds of attendees alike.
“We are tremendously pleased to cooperate with Wargaming Labs during this year’s Indie Showcase edition. Participation of such a significant publisher establishes the status of our contest for indie developers as the leading one in this part of Europe.” Said Maciek Śliwiński, Digital Dragons Indie Showcase Coordinator. “The triumph of games that have won in previous years also confirm that Indie Showcase is a straight path to success. We strongly believe that our partnership with Wargaming Labs will be beneficial to all video game creators.”
For Wargaming Labs, alongside being a judge in the Best Indie Game Award, Digital Dragons is a fantastic opportunity to lend their expertise and meet great game creators. The team has their sights on the PC space, and they’ll be chatting with both emerging and established talent.
“Digital Dragons is the biggest game industry event in Central Europe and we jumped at the chance to become its Indie Showcase partner,” said Andrey Gruntov, Global Publishing Director, Wargaming Labs. “We know the Showcase is an important stepping-stone on the way to success for many indie developers, and with our goal of continuing to participate in international expos and conferences, it’s a perfect venue to really get to know talented devs.”
