In celebration of its one year anniversary, Wattam, the delightfully explosive, exploratory game published by Annapurna Interactive and created by industry legend, Keita Takahashi and Funomena, is now available on Steam for $19.99 USD. Originally released in 2019, Wattam is also available on PlayStation 4 and in the Epic Games Store.
From the creative mind of Keita Takahashi, Japanese game designer and artist known best for his creation of Katamari Damacy and its sequel, We Love Katamari, Wattam is a whimsical game where players explore the joys of friendship and discovery. In the wild world of Wattam, players will encounter more than 100 carefree characters waiting to become friends, from sushi to seashells, and gigantic trees to normal-sized toilets. The connections formed open a treasure chest of possibilities – playing, switching, stacking, climbing, chasing, floating, and dancing all in the name of fun, leading to joyful explosions.
Join Mayor as he reunites with new and old friends and discovers the forgotten joy of their world. Learn about the different origins of Wattam’s citizens, and work together to solve puzzles, celebrate special events, and explore everything to its fullest. Players can play solo or same-screen co-op with friends and family, adventuring through Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
