Will Wii Mini Become Available Outside of Canada?

A NeoGAF user recently posted a screenshot of the UK Nintendo site offering information about the Wii Mini. However, Nintendo has stated that the Wii Mini will only be available in Canada, but that might change after this being found:

When the link was clicked, the website navigated to an error page, which can be viewed here. Do you think that the Wii Mini will be eventually released outside of Canada?
