With the release of the tactical role-playing game Blue Archive, Wargaming, the publisher and developer of the top naval action MMO World of Warships, is thrilled to announce its first partnership with publisher NEXON Korea Corporation and developer NEXON GAMES. This August, players may experience a plethora of new premium ships, student Commanders from Blue Archive, cosmetics, patches, and much more in World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends thanks to the first wave of the crossover.
World of Warships: Legends and World of Warships on PC will get a plethora of cooperative content from Blue Archive starting on August 5th and August 15th, respectively. Players will be able to control their ships for the first time using well-known Blue Archive characters like Nonomi, Ayane, Hoshino, Shiroko, and Serika. Each of the five new Commanders has a unique narration, and when players choose Blue Archive Commanders to lead their ships in battle, background music will start to play.

Three new premium ships will be available for players to command throughout the seven seas to celebrate their arrival. The American battleship BA Montana, inspired by Takanashi Hoshino from Blue Archive, the German battleship BA Tirpitz, inspired by Izayoi Nonomi from Blue Archive, and the Japanese cruiser BA Takahashi, inspired by Okusora Ayane from Blue Archive, will all be represented on the roster. The essence of Blue Archive is embodied in each of these exquisite vessels.
To top off all the additional material, fans will be able to purchase four new flags, one patch, and a base patch featuring popular characters from the Blue Archive franchise, such as Takanashi Hoshino, Master Shiba, Okusora Ayane, and Izayoi Nonomi.
Additionally, in honor of the crossover between the two venerable franchises, three new Blue Archive containers will be on sale for a short period of time. There will only be one new container available for purchase each week during the three-week sales period for the three new containers. When purchasing any of the new containers, players will receive Blue Archive Tokens. These tokens can then be used to advance through the progress bar and unlock additional rewards, such as the Master Shiba patch, the Master Shiba commemorative flag, 10 skill points for Commander Sunaookami Shiroko, and 10 skill points for Commander Kuromi Serika.
