Developer Studio Supersoft revealed, at the latest Wholesome Direct, that it has teamed up with Raw Fury to publish Moonstone Island, a charming, open-world, deckbuilding life sim. Players will be able to jump into Moonstone Island’s procedurally generated world, with more than 120 islands to explore, plus many spirits to battle and tame, items to craft and farm, romances to be formed, and secrets to discover.
In Moonstone Island, players will take on the role of a young alchemist starting a new life on a floating island in the sky. Armed with simple tools, alchemical recipes, and the ability to tame nature spirits, players will build a home and prove themselves to be a true alchemist in a land that has been stifled by dark forces.
In this open-world adventure, days will be spent uncovering the mysteries of this strange, shattered world by flying between islands, gathering various resources, crafting different decks, and battling wild spirits. When the sun goes down, the vibe of Moonstone shifts to a more social focus as players interact with locals, build ties within their village, take part in events, and of course, customize their home to make it their own.
