Nintendo announced that Photos with Mario is now available for free in the North America eShop.
Previously released in Japan, Photos with Mario sold at retail along with AR Cards. Now these photos are available for free in the North American 3DS eShop.

No release date has been mentioned for Europe yet, so for now, it’s a freebie for North America only.
