Riders Republic, by Ubisoft, is one-of-a-kind game that includes a bunch of actions sports in a single package. It came out last year, and even after one year, when you pick up Riders Republic, you never are disappointed in the game. The way Ubisoft included the multiplayer with single player aspect and all the activities that are always happening around the map gives Riders Republic a never-ending fun game. If you are tired of doing the same sport activities, switch it around to a different sport and different scenic views. I honestly can never get tired of it.
Riders Republic released their Season 4 Freestylin’ update, which includes a new sport to the batch, that’s BMX. BMX adds tons of fun new activities/events and new areas for more fun with already a never-ending fun game. BMX bikes allow you to grind on rails similar to Snowboarding or Skateboard, but also adds 24 new tricks to be performed by players. There is Dirt BMX bikes inspired by motocross and there are Park BMX bikes more for urban park fun.
With tons of activities, Riders Republic also adds a bunch of new cosmetics including the new sponsors and also includes BMX-Specific weekly challenges. We tried out the Area 52 map and just trying all the new things BMX was just what we needed for the latest update that just not adds a new way to do tricks but also has its own challenges that are fun to achieve. BMX focuses on Transferring and chaining a bunch of tricks to score and Area 52 allows you to do just that.
Overall, for Riders Republic returning players are definitely going to enjoy this update, and for new players who will be starting the game does have a bunch of activities to explore and enjoy. I would say Ubisoft did a very unique thing with the Riders Republic and is an amazing modern day action sports game. The game feels like after the learning from Steep, Ubisoft has taken right steps with Riders Republic.
Riders Republic is available for PC, consoles, Amazon Luna, and Stadia. For more information, visit: Riders Republic | Season 4 – Freestylin’ | Ubisoft
