Independent developer Fatshark is proud to announce a new free level to the award-winning and multi-million selling Warhammer: Vermintide 2.
Trail of Treachery
After a crazy weekend where Fatshark gave away several million copies of Warhammer Vermintide 2, the gameplay experience is even greater with the new Trail of Treachery level. Totally free and available on PC via Steam today.
About the level
The Übersreik 5 are to escort a convoy carrying a warding stone to the village of Tockstadt – apparently, it has been having problems with ghosts. Upon arrival, the heroes find the convoy in a bit of a pickle. This is the start of a twist-filled journey down the mountain into a beautiful wintry forest. The Übersreik 5 will just not get the chance to enjoy the scenery due to the usual problems they tend to run into – massive amounts of enemies not liking them very much.
“After a super successful weekend where we gained millions of new Vermintide 2 players, we now add even more content for them to sink their teeth into,” says Sacha Karsenty, Producer Fatshark. “Trail of Treachery is the first installment of a two-part release, so there is more to look forward to for all the Vermintide players.”
