Nintendo Download Update (July 17, 2025)

The following content is available for Nintendo Download this week:

  • Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2:
    • Donkey Kong Bananza – The big guy has returned, and he’s not by himself! Smash your way through a huge underground environment with Pauline and Donkey Kong! You can punch directly into the ground, dig tunnels with your fists, smash through barriers, and even pull off pieces of terrain to swing around and add ground-breaking exploration using DK’s physical strength and Pauline’s unique singing powers. Experience pure joy by playing the Donkey Kong Bananza game, which is currently accessible on the Nintendo Switch 2 system!
    • Shadow Labyrinth – In this 2D action platformer and genre-bending spin-off of the classic PAC-MAN game, you must navigate an alien labyrinth and devour darkness. A floating yellow sphere known as PUCK awakens Swordsman No. 8 on an enigmatic planet covered in artifacts from previous conflicts. You will switch between three different forms: the mecha construct GAIA will unleash destructive power, MINI-PUCK will explore in the original PAC-MAN style, and the agile Swordsman No. 8 will jump and slash. Turn the tables on your adversaries and advance from prey to apex predator by utilizing these various playstyles. On July 18, Shadow Labyrinth will be available on the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. There will also be a Digital Deluxe edition of the game with a digital soundtrack and artbook. Nintendo eShop is now accepting preorders.
    • The Wandering Village – A small group of survivors seek refuge on the back of a large, nomadic beast they name “Onbu” in a world where weird plants are spreading throughout the planet and releasing poisonous spores.
