Ahead of its PC release next Thursday, July 24, 2025, for $29.99, One or Eight (LOST EPIC) and Alliance Arts‘ crowd-controlling turn-based strategy game, The Great Villainess: Strategy of Lily, unleashes the revolution with a new demo for PC via Steam.
Can a continent turn against itself due to the persuasive power of contemporary media in an era before the Internet? Watch as The Great Villainess sows doubt in the minds of Imperial warriors and ignites the first spark of an unquenchable rebellious flame in her latest demo. Throughout the prologue and first chapter, spread a constant barrage of propaganda, incite a rebellion, and wage a war of disinformation.

Even though the free-spirited Duchess Scarlet doesn’t fit in with the strict Imperial elite, she isn’t a murderer, is she? A time-traveling, tech-savvy livestreamer named Lily saves her from the gallows just in time after deceitful Imperial captains frame her for murder.
By disseminating lies from Lily’s advanced airship, you can fight fire with fire and falsehoods with falsehoods, just as one lie can launch a war. Cut off the enemy commanders’ supply lines and trick them into moving their troops. In order to change momentum and morale in favor of Scarlet and Lily during tight, turn-based fights, exploit vulnerabilities with strategic flanking movements.
There are two choices for each tight, turn-based victory: ruthlessly slaughter opponents to get more battle experience, or capture vanquished captains to strengthen ranks. Create relationships with new allies to gain access to Unison Skills that increase stats. Every possible course of action will have an impact on Scarlet and Lily’s personality, change the plot, and result in one of several possible outcomes.
