Triangular Pixels is pleased to announce that Unseen Diplomacy 2, their VR espionage adventure, will be leaving Early Access on Meta Quest and Steam VR platforms on March 16. Even though the 1.0 release is a significant milestone, the team is still working on post-launch updates and improvements. Additionally, the game is participating in the Women’s Day Event on Steam, which features games by studios run by women, until March 15th.

Since Unseen Diplomacy 2 went into Early Access in September 2025, the developers have worked closely with the community, incorporating their suggestions to improve the game’s usability, accessibility, and enjoyment while also adding a ton of new features and material. Four significant updates were produced as a result, and one more is scheduled for the full launch to complete the experience.
The 1.0 update will increase the game’s intense moments with Quest 2 compatibility, a new climax quest and more climax areas, and the option to purchase health and inventory upgrades for more mission planning options. A more polished and fulfilling espionage experience will be provided by the update, which will also contain achievements and a number of bug fixes.
Katie Goode, Creative Director at Triangular Pixels, stated, “Early Access gave us the opportunity to build Unseen Diplomacy 2 alongside our players, and their enthusiasm and feedback have been invaluable. We’re very happy to announce that the game is now almost fully ready, and reaching this milestone wouldn’t have been possible without the community’s support. We can’t wait to put the 1.0 version in their hands and for new players to join in on the spy action on March 16th.”
Unseen Diplomacy 2 Key Features:
- High-stakes operations: utilize stealth, strategy, and quick thinking to steal assets, gather evidence, sabotage obstacles that will slice, dice, zap, crush, burn or call the guards, and escape unseen
- Dynamic and replayable missions: every playthrough is unique, with missions providing fresh challenges. You can play through the Campaign or hop into Quick Play to share your results with friends and do your daily exercise
- New gameplay mechanics: in addition to the locomotion-based stealth, the game features clipping and rerouting wires, hacking computer terminals, enemy robots, disguises, photography, and shooting
- Strategic spymaster gameplay: manage your agency, recruit agents, and deploy them on missions to gather intel and outmaneuver enemy counterspies
