Pokemon Tretta Lab to Release on 3DS

The Pokemon Tretta Lab, a previously arcade-only game, will be releasing on 3DS in Japan later on this year.

Marvelous, Tomy and Nintendo have developed the 3DS version of the game, which includes a large Tretta Scanner accessory. The scanner straps to your handheld and allows you to slot in the Tretta discs.

Pokemon Tretta Lab will include three Tretta, with a fourth being offered as a pre-order bonus.

The game is slated for a Japanese release in August of this year. It’s not clear if it will be released in the Western world as of yet.
