Valve’s Steam Machine prototypes were recently unveiled, and the developer just announced that the prototypes will ship with copies of 4A Games’ shooter Metro: Last light.
4A’s Chief Technology Officer, Oles Shishkovstov said,
“We are excited by the prospect of bringing the ultimate Metro experience, powered by next-gen PC hardware into the living room. Metro: Last Light will be a great showcase for SteamOS and the Steam Controller.”
Of note, Microsoft’s Phil Spencer commented about Valve’s attempts to penetrate the platform space and said that it will take, “quite a bit of work”.
