Amsterdam, The Netherlands – September 5th, 2017/ Kakao Games and PearlAbyss today announced that the Western version of Black Desert Online will be updated with Spanish localization.
Black Desert Online is currently offered in English, German and French but there has always been a demand for additional language support. The Spanish localization is already underway and Kakao’s localization department and community team are hiring additional staff to speed up the process. In the near future, the customer support department will also be expanded with native speaking GM’s to provide service in Spanish.
Both companies believe that the language addition will strengthen Black Desert Online’s community in key Spanish speaking territories such as the United States, Mexico and, of course, Spain. Kakao Games is confident that the Spanish language version will be ready and implemented before the end of the first half of 2018.
