Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD Now Out

Ubisoft just tweeted that Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD is now officially out for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Assassin’s Creed Liberation HD features the first female assassin as she fights for her people’s freedom in pre-Revolution era New Orleans.
