Blood: Refreshed Supply, the definitive remaster of the 1997 cult classic shooter, was unveiled by Nightdive Studios, a video game remaster company and Atari subsidiary, at the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct. It will be the first to eviscerate consoles and saturate players with new content. Blood: Refreshed Supply, officially licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, will be released on December 4, 2025, and will include nonstop, hellfire-fueled mayhem on PC and consoles.

Blood is a classic first-person shooter that was first created by Monolith Productions and launched for MS-DOS PCs in 1997. It is replete with crimson viscera and a Lovecraftian mood. An updated version of Blood: Fresh Supply was released for PC by Nightdive Studios in 2019. Now, the studio is back with a definitive remaster that includes additional technical improvements for contemporary platforms, such as up to 4K resolution at unlocked frame rates, online and local split-screen co-op for up to 8 players, a Vault with behind-the-scenes footage from Blood’s development, and more! Marrow (available at launch) and Death Wish (available post-launch) are two new mission scenarios in Blood: Refreshed Supply, which also includes the original Blood campaign and the Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage add-ons. Yes, a great deal of blood will be present.

Blood: Refreshed Supply will be available for $29.99 on December 4, 2025, for Windows PC (via Steam, GOG, and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One and Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders on all platforms are now available with a 20% discount. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will be released in early 2026.
