Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster is the definitive remaster of the legendary Dead Rising game from 2006, brought back to life with Capcom’s RE ENGINE. The game offered a novel take on the zombie genre with amazing action, outrageous combat, an abundance of weapon options, bizarre costumes (believe us, they’re even more ridiculous this time around), and a humorous yet gripping plot.
Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster has a ton of additional features and gameplay enhancements that will make fans of the original game and novices fall in love with it (again), including:
- Improved Graphics: Experience a zombie apocalypse at Willamette Parkview Mall like never before in up to 4K resolution at 60 frames per second
- Updated Character Models: Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster presents brand-new, exquisite character modeling for Frank West, the insane psychopaths, Brad, Jessie, Isabela, and the adored Madonna, as well as the outbreak survivors and the apparently never-ending waves of zombies
- Olá! Bonjour! Ciao!: The voiceovers for every character in Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster are available in nine different languages, including English, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Castilian Spanish, and Russian, for the first time ever! Along with the nine previously stated languages, the game will also contain subtitles in 14 other languages, including Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, and Arabic*
- Quality-of-(Undead) Life Improvements: The game has a ton of changes and improvements that players have been requesting, such as:
- Frank West may now aim and move at the same time!
- Aspiring photojournalists can add filters to action photographs to achieve the ultimate glamour shot of their preferred undead!
- The autosave feature has been added to Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster! Do you need to use the restroom? Fear not—manual saves are still accessible if you need a break.
- Now, every exchange between a survivor and an NPC has full voice!
- Fresh and enhanced NPC actions!
- Real-time shadow and lighting effects!
- More user-friendly and straightforward controls!
- A newly optimized user interface!

In honor of the demo’s release, Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess will be receiving a special collaboration with Capcom’s 2006 action-adventure classic Okami! This cooperation will include unique outfits and weaponry, as well as a unique soundtrack! As an added bonus, since the cooperative nature of Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess revolves around helping the villagers you save, players who collaborate to gather 1 billion crystals and locate 15 of the hidden Lucky Mallets will receive the Okami collaboration items as a free title update upon launch for all game purchases.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a visually captivating game that will launch globally on July 19, 2024. Exclusive pre-order items are available now. Players assume the role of protagonist Soh, who must make strategic decisions and use ritualistic dancing sword actions to protect the Maiden Yoshiro and restore peace to the villages of Mount Kafuku. The game is inspired by mythology and has elements of Japanese mythology.
Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess combines a day/night cycle with an inventive gameplay style that challenges players’ strategic and instantaneous decision-making skills across a variety of gaming genres, including action adventure, real-time strategy, and tower defense. You will spend the day exploring the hamlet, cleaning the “defiled” residents, giving them different responsibilities, and deciding where to put them to best safeguard Maiden Yoshiro. The mountain is attacked by the evil Seethe throughout the night. As you fight alongside the villagers to vanquish the Seethe and purify each town, upgrade your villager positions to gain more help and give orders to the villagers. To further tailor their strategy, players can even upgrade Soh with new attacks and abilities. They can even freely reset upgrades and shift them to other roles.
Pre-orders for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess are currently open on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC via Steam. The game will debut globally on July 19, 2024.
