Pre-Orders Now Available for Critically Acclaimed Debut Title from Kojima Productions, Arriving on PC Summer 2020

 

CALABASAS, Calif –Following last week’s announcement that 505 Games will publish the PC version of Hideo Kojima’s genre-defying, Death Stranding, the global publisher has revealed the game will launch simultaneously on the Epic Games Store and Steam in Summer 2020. Pre-orders for Death Stranding on PC are now available, with a base price of $59.99.

Developed by Kojima ProductionsDeath Stranding is one of the most anticipated projects of the decade. Starring Norman Reedus (The Walking Dead) as Sam Bridges, the game takes place in the near future, where mysterious explosions have rocked the planet, setting off a series of supernatural events known as the Death Stranding. With spectral creatures plaguing the landscape, and the planet on the verge of a mass extinction, it’s up to Sam to journey across the ravaged wasteland to save mankind from impending annihilation.

The groundbreaking experience from legendary game creator, Hideo Kojima, also features the acting and voice talents of Lindsay Wagner (Bionic Woman), Mads Mikkelsen (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story) and Léa Seydoux (Spectre), with additional appearances by Academy Award  winning director Guillermo del Toro (The Shape of Water), comedian and television host Conan O’Brien (TBS’ Conan) and renowned games industry personality Geoff Keighley, creator of The Game Awards.
