EDGE OF ETERNITY Announces The Eternal Forge Modkit

During gamescom 2018, Midgar Studio announced the upcoming Early Access for their epic JRPG, Edge of Eternity. Alongside with the game, this Early Access will also include the modkit for Edge of Eternity itself: The Eternal Forge.

The Eternal Forge Modkit Key Features:

• Swap every model and edit the stats of every monster, character, weapon, FX, music in the game
• Create your own weapons, spells, dialogues, cutscene events, loot, items, characters… and even companions you will be able to recruit into the game
• Make your own custom, stand-alone campaigns if you want to: importing landmasses, creating cities, homes, spells, quest, storyline, etc. In a nutshell, it pretty much amounts the Eternal Forge to be the equivalent of a 3D RPG Maker.
  • Basically, if you want to add a super cool dungeon to the game, with your own custom-made monsters, your own special loot and questline, you can.
  • If you want to make a companion that will follow the heroes throughout the story, have their own lines, their own dialogues, their own special attacks, you can.
  • If you want to throw all of Edge of Eternity through the window and create another world altogether, with its own setting, its own plot, its own characters, you can.
