GIANTS Software Releases Precision Farming 3.0 Free Pack for FARMING SIMULATOR 25

Precision Farming 3.0, a free Pack for Farming Simulator 25, was released by developer and publisher GIANTS Software. It includes a number of new gameplay elements and equipment that enhance realism and encourage environmentally friendly farming methods. This most recent iteration of the EU-funded project builds on the success of the first one by advancing the goal of incorporating real-world smart farming technology into the realm of digital farming.

Subsidies, Tramlines, and Pulse Width Modulation

With the addition of tramlines to Precision Farming 3.0, farmers can now more precisely manage fields by directing machinery along predetermined routes to maximize crop growth. Similar to actual government incentive schemes, players are also rewarded with subsidies for planting oilseed radish, a catch crop that saves nitrogen and is environmentally benign.

The addition of Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), which enables users to adjust sprayer performance, is another development. By directing quick liquid bursts through separate nozzles and automatically modifying flow rates in response to speed and turning radius, this system offers a more accurate application. When combined with Automatic Section Control, which turns on or off sprayer sections according to GPS-defined field zones, this enables effective input utilization with little waste and less of an adverse effect on the environment.

Precision Farming 3.0 also adds new agricultural equipment, such as the Wienhoff TA 25 Profi Line slurry tanker, the HAWE body exchange system, and the John Deere R975i trailed field sprayer. For smart weed spot spraying, players can also equip their current sprayers with PTx Trimble WeedSeeker 2 sensors.

All essential elements from previous iterations, which have amassed over 5 million downloads, are still present in Precision Farming 3.0 in addition to these additional features. Crop sensors, yield maps, soil types, soil samples, environmental evaluations, economic analysis, and variable rate applications give players thorough data-driven insights to increase productivity and profitability on their virtual farms.

Farming Simulator 25 is compatible with the Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Mac, and PC. Precision Farming 3.0 is now available on the official ModHub as a free DLC. Fans can save up to 25% by purchasing a Year 1 Season Pass, which contains three packs and a significant expansion, as opposed to purchasing the material separately. GIANTS Software will also keep releasing user-generated content and free content updates.
