Looking to embrace the gig economy? The Taxi (Service) is now available for purchase from Warstock Cache & Carry, allowing entrepreneurial drivers to launch Taxi Work in their own Pegasus vehicle, and at their own leisure. Just be prepared for reviews like “Noisy engine, but the vibrations are fun. 3/5”, “Why does it smell like cured meat? 2/5” and “Driver blasted Rebel Radio, ran red lights, and flipped the bird at anyone within 20 feet. 5/5. Would recommend.”
Leave the Meter Running: Introducing Taxi Services
If you’re looking to familiarize yourself with the nooks and crannies of metropolitan Los Santos and the outlying areas, there’s no better way than picking up customers and chauffeuring them to their destinations with Taxi Work. While it may not have the allure of a career as a Snapmatic influencer, the prestige of Vinewood stardom, or the infamy of being the state’s preeminent weapons trafficker, there’s something to be said for those who take on this role that’s vital to the city’s lifeblood.
Visit the Downtown Cab Co. depot on the corner of Tangerine Street and Mirror Park Boulevard in East Vinewood to get cracking. Veteran Arena Warriors who reached Sponsorship Tier 25 can also use their special red version of the Taxi to complete fares.
Drivers who aren’t ready to purchase their own cab can still launch Taxi Work by showing up for duty at Downtown Cab Co. Complete 10 Taxi Work jobs in a row to earn the Taxi Star Award and unlock the Trade Price for the new Taxi.
Players on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S can take advantage of several new destinations that have been added to Downtown Cab Co.’s Taxi Service, with a special new Skip to Destination fast travel service. Call Downtown Cab Co. on your iFruit to request a Taxi, let your driver know where you’re headed, and hit Skip to Destination to beat the traffic. And GTA+ Members can really put the Skip to Destination service into overdrive, with just a 5-minute wait in between trips.
Get Cooking with Your Own Mobile Drug Lab
For anyone yet to embark on the First Dose of Los Santos Drug Wars, the MTL Brickade 6×6 — a heavy-duty service vehicle that also comes with a nimble Maibatsu Manchez Scout C motorcycle — is now available to purchase directly from Warstock Cache & Carry.
So if you’d like to maximize your profit margins while minimizing your contact high from the Fooliganz, entrepreneurs can now purchase this fully functional mobile laboratory and immediately start tooling it up for acid production, adding an intoxicating new hallucinatory asset to their drug business portfolio.
Of course, you can also steal the Brickade 6×6 as part of the adventures with the Fooliganz in the First Dose story missions, which open up customization options for the Brickade 6×6 and also now have an added benefit with the new Hard difficulty setting (more on that below).
Lunar New Year Celebrations
Celebrate Lunar New Year with the Traditional Painted Rabbit mask and a free Rabbit tattoo chest piece to show off at your next poolside gathering — gifted to all GTA Online players who log in this week. Players who log in this week will also receive GTA$188,888 delivered within 72 hours of log in.

The First Dose Hard Mode Event continues this week. Help Dax and the Fooliganz climb the pile of undesirables known as Los Santos’ criminal underworld to collect the following rare items (delivered before February 17) and reap 2X GTA$ and RP all this week.
- Green Fooliganz MTL Brickade 6×6 livery: Complete any First Dose mission on Hard difficulty
- Safari Ranger Överflöd Entity MT livery: Complete 3 different First Dose missions on Hard difficulty
- Speed Demon Übermacht Cypher livery: Complete any First Dose mission on Hard difficulty in less than 10 minutes
