I EXPECT YOU TO DIE by Schell Games Earns $2 Million on Oculus Quest

Schell Games’ Acclaimed VR Title Included in Elite List of Top Performers

PITTSBURGH ー Reaching a major milestone, Schell Games’ popular virtual reality (VR) espionage title, I Expect You To Die, has now earned over $2M in revenue on the Oculus Quest platform. Having sold nearly 100,000 copies on this platform, the game joins a small group of titles to reach this financial landmark, a statistic Oculus’ parent company, Facebook, shared as a part of the Oculus Quest’s one-year anniversary commemoration.

“We are thrilled to have hit this milestone with I Expect You To Die, especially when in the company of other great games like Moss and Pistol Whip,” said Jesse Schell, CEO of Schell Games. “These numbers indicate we are right on the cusp of the Oculus Quest becoming the most popular VR system, and in fact, becoming a mass market phenomenon. I think the Quest will set the standard for consumer VR.”

The award-winning I Expect You To Die immerses players in a world full of deadly tasks as they take on the role of the newest recruit in a spy organization. With a mission of defeating the evil Dr. Zor, players must use problem-solving skills to advance through treacherous levels and topple the Zoraxis organization.

I Expect You To Die is available on many different platforms, including Oculus Quest, Oculus Rift, PlayStation VR, and Steam.
