Kingdom: The Blood Mobile Pre-registration Surpasses 1,000,000 Ahead of March 5th Release

Action Square and YJM Games have announced that Kingdom: The Blood is set to be officially released on March 5 and has exceeded 1 million pre-registrations globally. This milestone comes just a week after surpassing 500,000 pre-registrations last week, showing the heightened interest in the game. Particularly noteworthy is the enthusiastic response from overseas, with pre-registrations rapidly increasing not only in Korea but also in various countries such as the United States, Thailand, Taiwan, Brazil, and more.

Kingdom: The Blood is currently under development by Action Square Studio’s ‘Team Mago.’ It is an action RPG with a Souls-like concept in the Joseon Dynasty that supports mobile and PC cross-play, based on the IP of the popular Netflix original series, ‘Kingdom.’

Pre-registrations, conducted on platforms such as Google Play Store, App Store, One Store, and Galaxy Store since February 5th, are scheduled to continue until March 4th, with the official release on the following day.

To commemorate surpassing 500,000 registrations last week, YJM Games announced that in addition to the existing pre-registration rewards, they will also provide in-game currency worth about $50 to all pre-registered users. Additional costume item promised upon reaching 1 million registrations will also be added.

CEO Kim Yeon-jun of Action Square stated, “The playtest of the previous demo version ended successfully, leading to rapid increase in pre-registrations. We plan to have various events and products, along with pre-registration rewards, to ensure players enjoy the game.”

YJM Games and Action Square are set to release the official version on March 5. Starting from today, February 29, they will conduct a launch countdown event through Discord. The countdown event will include the introduction of the story and video for the previously undisclosed conquest mode, along with the release of digital goods and launch commemorative coupons. The company plans to continue engaging with users through numerous events even after the launch, striving to create a high-quality game
