Manor Lords Celebrates Selling Over a Million Copies Over its Debut Weekend

Hooded Horse is pleased to announce that, just 30 hours after going on sale, Slavic Magic’s hit medieval city-building game, Manor Lords, sold well over a million copies during its first weekend of release.

The number of concurrent users for Manor Lords on Steam also reached over 170,000, which is a record for any city-building game on the platform. This number also beat records for a number of other related genres, such as turn-based tactical games, colony sims, 4X games, and all grand strategy games. Not to mention the multitude of people who take pleasure in Manor Lords on other platforms such as PC Game Pass, EGS, and GOG.

Manor Lords has been a global sensation from its 2020 announcement, capturing the interest of strategy and city-building enthusiasts worldwide. Before its launch, the game had amassed over 3 million wishlists and received favorable reviews from media and content producers. With more than 18,000 reviews, it presently has an 89% “Very Positive” rating score on Steam (check out our 10/10 review!).

Manor Lords is available for PC via GOG, Epic Games Store, the Microsoft Store, and Steam Early Access.
