Microsoft announced the 12-inch Surface Pro 3 Tablet today.
The Tablet comes with a 12-inch, 2160 x1440 resolution display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and runs on Windows 8.1 Pro. It contains a 4th-generation Intel Core processor housed in a 9.1mm-thick casing and works with the digital Surface Pen.
The tablet is the “thinnest Intel Core product ever made,” one of the lightest at 800 grams.
It will become available for pre-order tomorrow through the Microsoft web store, third-party retailers and Microsoft retail stores and it starts at $799. The price goes up depending on your selection of Intel Core i3, Core i5, or Core i7.
The Tablet also offers 4GB or 8GB of RAM as well as four storage options starting at 64GB all the way up to 512GB.
