Nintendo has announced that it will be ending DS and Wii online multiplayer in May.
Specifically, the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection will close down May 20th. Offline features, however, will still work.
In addition, the following Wii apps will remain intact:
- Hulu
- YouTube
- Built-in browser
- Online store
Late last year, Nintendo halted Wii production and the Wii was discontinued in Europe.
