It’s ‘The Thrilla in Manila’ -MOBA Version
R2Games will bring their international hit MOBA, Heroes Evolved, to the E-Sports & Gaming Summit in Manila, October 27-29. As part of their appearance at the show, they will host the Heroes Evolved HEC Asia finals live during the event. The two teams that left 898 other squads in their dust will duke it out for their share of a massive prize pool.
In addition to the live Heroes Evolved Asia finals, R2Games will also have a lavish booth in Hall 2 showcasing their latest titles, including awesome swag giveaways, playable games, and casual tournaments for walk-ins.
South American HE Tournament’s Next Up
The first South American Heroes Evolved Championship is coming soon, and it already promises to be an epic battle. Over 350 teams registered for the free-to-enter tournament, and developer R2Games will be selecting the competitors today.
Only the top eight teams will compete, with rankings based on team levels and teammates’ individual rank scores. Prizes for the winners range from small in-game token rewards to as much as $2000 USD. With the best players in the region battling it out, this is sure to be a thrilling competition!
This is just one of four regional tournaments, with others taking place in North America, Europe, and Asia during August through October. R2Games intends for this to be an annual event, and with so many players eager to battle it out with their favorite heroes, it isn’t hard to see why!
The official South American Heroes Evolved Mobile Championship began on October 13th (South American server time). The competition lasted three days, concluding on October 15th, and was livestreamed on the official Heroes Evolved Twitch.tv channel.
