Rocket League turns two this week and to mark the occasion, Psyonix just released a new infographic outlining some of the most noteworthy Rocket League stats from the past two years. You can take a look here.
Just yesterday, the team launched Rocket League’s 2nd Anniversary Update, adding all kinds of new content and features, including: ‘Champions Field’ and lots of cool new Rick and Morty inspired customisations. But the anniversary celebrations don’t stop there. Today, Psyonix announced their first ever Rocket League Double Drop-Rate Weekend. Revealed in their latest blog post, for one weekend only players can look forward to higher drop rates and free customization items. All the Double Drop-Rate Weekend action kicks off at 5pm PT and will continue through until Monday, details of which can be found here.
Rocket League is a high-powered hybrid of arcade soccer and driving with rewarding physics-based gameplay. Boasting a community of more than 32 million players, Rocket League is currently available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, and Windows PC, Mac, and SteamOS via Steam, with the Nintendo Switch version to launch Holiday 2017.
