Horizon Blockchain Games, creators of the free-to-play cross-platform trading card game (TCG), Skyweaver, has just launched that title’s first major expansion, Clash of Inventors. The expansion contains a total of 50 brand new cards, with 10 new cards for each Prism (for those new to Skyweaver, these are distinct deck types, each with unique playstyles). Clash of Investors also introduces the Dash Trait, with which Units can immediately attack enemies on the same turn they are summoned, allowing players to immediately help grab the initiative by clashing with opposing Units and neutralizing threats.
Skyweaver, which launched in early access in February of this year, already boasts over 400K accounts and is available as a browser-based experience with app versions available on PC, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. Skyweaver and the Clash of Inventors expansion are backed up by cutting edge ownership technology, with players able to create a blockchain wallet right from the game as well as purchase and earn virtual token assets in the most user-friendly way found in a video game.
But the festivities don’t end with the launch of Clash of Inventors, as the title will receive a ‘Mini-Expansion’ which will further expand upon the mechanics and themes in Clash of Inventors. This 20 Card Mini Expansion will arrive towards the end of this Summer.
