Summer Game Fest 2023: Quantic Dream Features Two Games from New Publishing Label, Spotlight

Today, at Summer Games Fest, Quantic Dream announced their new publishing label, Spotlight by Quantic Dream. The label is dedicated to supporting these studios from the early conceptual stages through to the international commercial release of their creations as well as providing financing and production support, artistic and technical advice, and the sharing of Quantic Dream teams’ expertise in user testing, quality assurance, and localization. Alongside the studio announcement, came teasers for two Spotlight by Quantic Dream games, Under The Waves and Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior.

Under The Waves is a narrative adventure game developed by Parallel Studio, exploring grief and humanity’s impact on nature. Under The Waves is set to release on August 29, 2023, for PS5/PS4, Xbox Series X/S & Xbox One, and PC.

Lysfanga: The Time Shift Warrior is a single-player hack’n’slash game from Sand Door Studio where players take the role of Imë, a mighty warrior tasked with saving the New Kingdom. Lysfanga is coming to PC, with the release date yet to be announced.
