Developer Bellring Games’ Mistfall Hunter BETA 2 is live for PC via Steam. The third-person PvPvE extraction RPG’s most recent playtest encourages players to return to its dark fantasy setting and explore the Gyldenmist, where they must fight formidable foes and opposing teams for potent equipment. Choose your class, assemble a team of no more than three, and use lethal combos and strategic abilities. Make your getaway with your haul, or else the Gyldenmist will eat up another lost soul.
The Mistfall Hunter BETA 2 can be accessed by players by going to the official Steam page and selecting “Request Access.” Access will be provided automatically. Please be aware that depending on server capacity, participation may be restricted.
With new elements that transform every quest, BETA 2 further deepens the plunge into darkness. Enter the light as the Seer, a heavenly caster who uses the Catalyst’s luminous power to cleanse, protect, and heal. The Forge, a cursed ruin where the enslaved dead still hammer in eternal service, and Lake Iris, a long-forgotten area with frightening creatures, menacing shadows, and mysteries waiting to be discovered, are two new areas that are waiting to be explored. The ability to battle the Gyldenmist alone is made possible via Solo Matchmaking, while squad coordination is strengthened with real-time audio communication. Sharper fighting is a result of significant changes made to the Mercenary, Blackarrow, Sorcerer, and Shadowstrix classes.

- Seer: The Seers were founded by fervent followers of Misty, the Goddess of Light, who saw the Gyldenfall as a divine test to gain her favor and put a stop to misery. Seers use divine magic to heal, ward off illnesses, and defend comrades while wielding a lantern-like artifact known as a Catalyst.
- New Areas to Explore
- Lake Iris: The ethereal yet dangerous Ember Iris blooms in Lake Iris, which is perpetually heated by geothermal energy. This abandoned location, which has long been deserted, is now teeming with terrible secrets, menacing shadows, and terrifying monsters just waiting to be discovered.
- The Forge:The great blacksmith Vronn fashioned his best pieces in The Forge, which was once the main location of Brandrgarde’s enslaved labor force and the center of military manufacturing. The Forge is still burning and is now occupied by the Corroded, slaves and craftsmen who carry on their never-ending labor even after they die, even if Brandrgarde has long since fallen.

- Solo Mode Unleashed: Although cooperation is still essential, players can now take on the Mistfall Hunter alone, facing off against other lone fighters in the world.
- Real-Time Voice Chat: With integrated voice chat, you can interact with your team with ease and become more involved in the journey.
- Enhanced Combat & Class Updates: With new abilities and improved controls, the mercenary, blackarrow, sorcerer, and shadowstrix classes have been redesigned to provide even more exciting action and well-rounded combat.
