KONAMI’s eBaseball: MLB PRO SPIRIT, a brand-new free-to-play mobile game licensed by MLB Players, Inc. and the Major League Baseball (MLB), is now out on iOS and Android smartphones.
Shohei Ohtani said, “I am proud to be the cover athlete for the new MLB game, eBaseball: MLB PRO SPIRIT. With the debut of the PAWAPURO series in 1994, KONAMI’s baseball video game history stretches over three decades. “Professional Baseball Spirits 2004,” a baseball simulation game that offers a realistic portrayal of the sport, was the first installment in the Professional Baseball Spirits series to be released in Japan by KONAMI.
With this year’s eBaseball: MLB PRO SPIRIT release, gamers may explore the MLB universe on iOS and Android devices at any time, in ten different nations and locations.
Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. President Naoki Morita stated, “We are excited to partner with MLB and MLB Players, Inc. to produce a one-of-a-kind game in PRO SPIRIT. Our collaboration with the two most vital organizations for America’s favorite past time will allow us to create an authentic experience for baseball fans across the globe.”
All 30 MLB teams, their home stadiums, and active MLB players—including Shohei Ohtani, the ambassador for the KONAMI baseball game—are featured on eBaseball: MLB PRO SPIRIT. In order to build the best club and defeat competitors to win the title, eBaseball: MLB PRO SPIRIT focuses on assembling and training a roster of actual MLB professional athletes.
An in-game campaign will be held to celebrate today’s launch, offering gamers the opportunity to add Ohtani to their squad. Ohtani’s player card and other goods are available to players to increase the efficacy of their team.
