In anticipation of the launch, El Presidente’s faithful aide Penultimo has been busy creating a new video featurette where developer Limbic Entertainment talk about how it worked to improve on the series and in particular build upon the success of Tropico 5 while keeping true to Tropico’s core values.

The special ‘El Prez Edition’ of Tropico 6 comes with a wealth of bonus goodies to spice up your Tropican vacation, while there are also two mouthwatering digital pre-order options. The Standard Edition is available with a 10% discount and direct access to the beta, while the specialEl Prez Edition also comes with a 10% discount and immediate beta access, but also adds some special in-game content (a tourist outfit for El Prez and a Flamingo Pond for the presidential palace), the digital soundtrack and a fabulous digital calendar.

Tropico 6 is scheduled for a worldwide release on Windows PC and Linux on March 29, 2019 (Mac version to follow soon), with console versions set to follow in summer 2019 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
