Daedalic Entertainment, a leading developer and publisher of story-driven games, and long-standing strategy game experts Funatics have released several new screenshots and a gameplay trailer for Valhalla Hills.
Valhalla Hills is inspired by traditional building games like The Settlers 2 but takes this proud heritage into the modern era, adding procedurally generated mountain landscapes and a rogue-like mechanic to intensify and expand the experience. A clever economic system provides depth and ample challenge for experienced players of strategy games and genre-newcomers alike.
Key features:
- Traditional building game gameplay in the “The Settlers” vein, but modernized
- Made by genre veterans with 20+ years of experience
- Beautiful graphics made possible by Unreal Engine 4
- Endless variation, endless challenge, endless fun

Valhalla Hills will be released via Steam Early Access on August 24, 2015. The full release is planned for Q4 2015 and will support Windows, Mac and Linux
