WRC 10 The Official Game is a thrilling and fast-paced racing game developed by Kylotonn. When I first started up WRC 10, I was immediately thrust into the world of fast, fun, and energizing cars that WRC 10 provides. I was put into the tutorial where the guide on how to start racing was both intuitive and easy to follow. The controls are very easy to remember and to get started, all one needs is the energy to race to the finish line! The courses are both interesting and realistic, and I was amazed at the scenic routes that the game provides as well as the different variety of courses that you are able to play.
Gameplay:
Once completing the tutorial, you are able to enter and play through many game modes including multiplayer, tour, and a casual mode where you are able to play through routes and courses at your own speed. That means there is something for everyone as there is no rush; you are able to race at your own pace. However, once you boot up a race with the trove of different customizable cars, the energizing music and sounds will ramp the game’s pace right up from 0 to 100.
The car controls are easy to learn, but hard to master. All that you need to start racing is to hold the gas pedal, turn, and break, however, there are many, many other controls that require a learning curve to use properly. There are at least 10 different gears, brakes, and speed controls to master so that you can avoid crashing into surrounding trees, fences, and even buildings.
Customization:
There is a vast variety of different cars, maps, and races in just the casual and multiplayer modes. However, the main story of the game happens in the tour mode, where you slowly rise to the top of the racing leagues. There are so many different customizable options in tour mode, as you manage your own racing staff, schedule, races, and even car to race in. I spent so much time trying to improve my car skills using the different training modes and time trials so that I could become the top race car driver in the league.
I immensely enjoyed the variety of routes that WRC 10 provides due to its fantastic graphical engine that gives both the car and the environment a clean crisp look. I was impressed by the game’s performance on the Switch, and it ran smoothly without any problems. Furthermore, there are a variety of customizable graphical options as well as difficulty options that make this game more accessible to gamers with no prior experience in this genre.
Final Thoughts:
I would recommend WRC 10 to avid car enthusiasts, people who are in the car racing scene, as well as anyone who enjoys racing in general. I love the different customizations and car graphics, and I feel that the tutorials and guides allow anyone to race no matter what their previous knowledge of this genre is.
I rate WRC 10 a 9/10.

In a video game, I enjoy exploring the intricacies of fighting systems as well as viewing various character developments throughout the story of the game.
