XCOM: Enemy Unknown has been announced at the PAX East yesterday for the iPad and iPhone. It was also announced for Mac.
The game’s Lead Designer, Jake Solomon, said “It is a straight port. We have not made any gameplay exceptions. You play the exact same game [as on PC or consoles], it’s just now fully playable on an iPhone or an iPad.”
Solomon added: “It’s going to be priced appropriately for what it is. It’s going to be a premium price point. It is the game. It is the full game.”
Looks like the game will be released this summer and will include the Elite Soldier DLC.
