In today’s PlayStation Blog, 4J Studios stated that Minecraft will be heading to PS4 and PS Vita in Q2 or Q3 of this year.
Mojang’s Owen Hill stated that,
“4J are working on bringing Minecraft to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Sorry for the delay but making Minecraft happen is serious business.”
When it comes to the PS Vita, Hill commented that the port will be “up-to-date with the console versions,” and that he expects the framerate to be “lovely and smooth.”
Minecraft will also be released for Xbox One with “bigger worlds” and “more multiplayer.”
