Deal Out Frontier Justice and Earn Bounty Hunter Bonuses This Month in Red Dead Online
Plus, Bonuses on Call to Arms, the Il Sovrano Blood Money Opportunity, and More
Bringing criminals to heel is an especially admirable pursuit in Red Dead Online this month as paydays and bonuses swell to meet the rising wave of lawlessness head-on.
Bounty Hunters can dole out frontier justice and reap huge rewards, bringing home 2X RDO$, Gold, and XP on all Legendary Bounty Missions. Fully licensed Prestigious Bounty Hunters can also take on Infamous Bounty Missions for double pay.
Bounty Hunters who are at Level 5 or above will receive a care package of 20 Poison Throwing Knives, 100 Express Repeater Ammo, and 100 Express Rifle Ammo. Deplorable souls who reach Low Honor during the course of this month will receive the Hush Your Mouth Emote (all Rewards will be delivered within 72 hours of completion).
Veteran Bounty Hunters who have reached Rank 30 can trade Role XP in for twice the usual weight in Gold, exchanging 1 Gold Bar per 10,000 Bounty Hunter XP points instead of 50 Nuggets. To exchange XP for Gold, open the Progress section of the Pause Menu, open Awards, and select the Bounty Hunter Award.
Wrangle deadbeats and criminals to earn additional rewards over the next two weeks:
- May 2–8: Complete any 3 Bounties this week to receive the Bluewater Marsh Treasure Map
- May 9–15: Complete an Infamous Bounty this week to receive the white and black pair of Arkwright Gloves
3X RDO$ and XP on Bounty Hunter Free Roam Events
It’s a hostile environment out on the frontier. Bounties are plenty, but so are the hunters in the Day of Reckoning and Manhunt Free Roam Events — both of which are paying out 3X to all who enter the fray.
Take part and complete Day of Reckoning anytime this month to get a pair of light blue Penstock Pants for Males or silver and black Hollyfield Bloomers for Females.
Finish a round of Manhunt between May 23–29 to earn the silver and brown Palma Hat and a Reward to Reset your Bounty to get the law off your back.
2X RDO$, XP, and Gold on the Il Sovrano Blood Money Opportunity
Spoil Senator Ricard’s plans by visiting the dusty town of Rhodes and stealing the prized yellow gemstone en route to the State’s Fair in the Il Sovrano Blood Money Opportunity. Earn double the usual payday through May 29.
2X RDO$, XP, and Gold on Call to Arms
Rise to the defense of outposts near and far in Call to Arms and fight off waves of armed opposition to earn Double Rewards through May 29. Check your Telegrams at the local Post Office or in your Lockbox to get started.

Play a rotating selection of modes in the Featured Series all month long, including Last Stand, Most Wanted, Make it Count — and a variety of action-packed competitions in the Explosive Series.
Plus, Most Wanted and Last Stand will be paying out Double Rewards through May 29.
