Threaks has developed the Indie musical platformer game, BeatBuddy.
Each level in the game is synced up with the overlying musical track and shifts in response to your movement.
BeatBuddy will be playable at PAX East, and it features a level by Grammy-nominated Journey composer Austin Wintory.

The game is confirmed for a PC and Mac Steam release this summer, but in the meanwhile, you can check out the BeatBuddy Demo on Steam..
