
Amsterdam, The Netherlands – Today Pearl Abyss and Kakao Games announced that players can look forward to the Mysteries of Summer event that will be added as a special event to Black Desert Online after next week’s regular maintenance.
Players can win fantastic prizes if they are one of the first to complete the Mysteries of Summer challenge. This challenge is heavily inspired by Spielberg’s latest film Ready Player One, where inhabitants of a virtual reality game hunt for Easter eggs in a bid to receive full ownership of the virtual world and the company that owns it.
Prizes include high-end Alienware Area-51 R5 desktop gaming rigs, 34-inch ultra wide monitors and Geforce GTX 1070 Ti graphics cards. Additionally, players will be rewarded with in-game items and silver so everybody wins.
A mysterious teaser trailer was released today showing the Dark Knight who is trying to uncover the Mysteries of Summer.
To celebrate summer, Terrmian Waterpark makes a welcome return, featuring a host of mini-games, events, and the event boss Nineshark has miraculously entered the coastal area of Terrmian threatening player’s valuable leisure time.
