King has announced that Bubble Witch 3 Saga and the all-new Candy Crush Friends Saga have announced frightfully fun game features in celebration of Halloween.
For the first time ever starting today, Bubble Witch 3 Saga players can unlock a new, immersive, in-game AR feature, that allows them to interact with the game’s key characters, Stella and her pesky, feline nemesis Wilbur, in a completely new way.
Additionally, new Halloween outfits are now available for player’s to choose for some of the 3D characters in the recently launched Candy Crush Friends Saga the latest release from the popular franchise.
Bubble Witch 3 Saga AR Feature:
- From October 29th, Wilbur, who typically sits at the top of the phone screen spawning bubbles, blockers and other awful things from his magic skulls, will be transformed to the real world by the new AR game-mode, Spell Battle
- Players enter full combat mode, where they get the chance to battle it out against Wilbur in front of their very eyes, using an augmented aiming line.
- The 360-degree gameplay means players can shoot spells from any angle to ensure they defeat this mischievous Cat, but beware, players must be quick to catch Wilbur as he darts around the real world.
- This is the first time King have ever used an AR feature in their game
- To play, players must have iOS11 or more and an iPhone 6S or more
- For those with the all-new iPhone XR the AR experience of the game feature will pair perfectly with Apple’s new A12 bionic chip enhancing AR like never before

Candy Crush Friends Saga Halloween Outfits:
- Starting on October 29, Candy Crush Friends Saga has their first release since the launch of Candy Crush Friends Saga earlier this month
- The 3D characters now play an integral role in the game experience, and players can choose custom deigned outfits which as of today includes some special Halloween themed options, such as vampire and werewolf costumes
- Players can choose custom-designed outfits to dress characters in, and for the spooky season players will have some special Halloween themed options for fan favorite characters Tiffi and Yeti.
Candy Crush Friends Saga is available via Google Play and the App Store.
