Together with Konami Digital Entertainment (KONAMI), Swedish game developer Stunlock Studios has announced that their immensely popular open-world fantasy survival game V Rising will receive a Castlevania crossover title, Legacy of Castlevania, when it officially launches on May 8th on Steam. A PS5 version of the game will be released later this year.

In order to confront all vampires, renowned vampire hunter Simon Belmont is infiltrating V Rising. With his renowned whip and a notorious cache of sacred armaments, no night stalker will be immune to his virtuous campaign across Vardoran. Beat him and discover the mysteries of his legendary weapon, which grants new fighting skills that capture the elegance and dexterity of a lethal vampire!
While Simon Belmont and the new weapon in Legacy of Castlevania will be available as free content, fans of vampire games can purchase the Legacy of Castlevania Premium Pack cosmetic DLC, which will let them build their own castles modeled after the iconic gothic style of Castlevania. Decorate your lavish hideout, take advantage of character modification choices modeled after beloved Castlevania characters, and frighten others with your eerie skeletal mount. V Rising composer Aleksandria Migova has reworked two classic Castlevania themes that you can use to establish the mood in your foreboding home.
