The popular global entertainment business Skybound Entertainment, which is best known for the successful television series The Walking Dead and Invincible as well as the new tentpole IP Impact Winter, has launched a Regulation Crowdfunding (CF) campaign on Republic. With this project, the business is making its second attempt at a public share offering; in 2023, it garnered $18 million from almost 6,000 investors.

It’s a unique opportunity for fans to own a portion of Skybound’s cherished IP for just $100, with the proceeds going toward funding the in-house development of an upcoming AAA video game based on the hit series Invincible, whose phenomenally successful second season just wrapped up on Prime Video with a 100% Certified Fresh Rotten Tomatoes score. Under the guidance of eminent industry veterans from Activision Blizzard, EA, Amazon Games, and game creator Robert Kirkman, Skybound’s new 30-person studio will oversee the development of the video game, guaranteeing that the company is producing the greatest video game ever.
Skybound’s creative approach to fan interaction goes beyond simple entertainment consumption, giving fans the ability to actively influence the direction of cherished franchises.

The company has also published other games set in the Invincible Universe, such as Invincible Presents: Atom Eve, a critically acclaimed visual novel role-playing game in which you take on the role of Atom Eve in a non-canon world; Invincible: Guarding the Globe, a mobile role-playing game developed in collaboration with Ubisoft in which you play as Cecil’s number two; and, most recently, three exclusive Fortnite maps featuring an unparalleled production value compared to other Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) Creative Mode experiences outside of Epic’s owned and operated games: Doc Seismic Attacks, GDA Combat Training, and Rise of the Sequids.
