The classic game, The King of Fighters, has gotten a new game this year by Netmartble. The King of Fighters Allstar, which brings the King of Fighter series as a beat-em-up game on mobile devices. The King of Fighters Allstar brings back all of the original characters from the series.
We went through a demo at E3 and saw some fast paced action as players battle through the waves of enemies. There are 2 additional heroes that a player can take on the battlefield, which can be used to switch between during the fight based on strength and weaknesses of the enemies. In each level there were 2 mini bosses at the end of each sub-level and one main boss. There are about 50 plus fighters that can be collected and upgraded. Each hero has their own rarity and level; The higher the level the stronger the attacks and defense.
The King of Fighters Allstar looks amazing as you fight through while performing all the combos and special moves. In addition, there is a special animation sequence that shows when you perform the special skill moves. There are going to be special events that players can participate in to achieve special edition characters as well as unlock more by doing other tournaments and challenges.
The King of Fighters Allstar will be arriving in 2019 on the AppStore and PlayStore for mobile devices.
