Fire Tonight, a narrative puzzle experience from developer Reptoid Games and publisher Way Down Deep following a couple’s journey to find one another in a burning city, shared its love story with the world in the recent Wholesome Direct.
Fire Tonight tells the wholesome tale of Maya and Devin, a young couple separated from each other in a city devastated by a raging fire. Help Maya evade the flames and police blockades, as she scrambles across rooftops and ducks down alleyways, solving light puzzles to overcome obstacles to reach Devin safely
Meanwhile Devin waits nervously in his apartment worrying for Maya’s safety in this pre-cell phone era. Pore over treasured relics of their past like mixtapes to reminisce and distract from Maya’s dangerous adventure.
Fire Tonight will be available Thursday, Aug. 12 on Nintendo Switch and Windows PC and Mac via Steam.
