New Season Brings Limited-Time Event, a Seasonal Battle Pass, a New Map, a Team Identification Update, and Customization Options
SAN FRANCISCO — September 17, 2020 — Today, Ubisoft announced that For Honor Year 4 Season 3 Resistance is now available for all players on PlayStation 4 entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X, and Windows PC, as well as on Stadia and UPLAY+, the Ubisoft subscription service.*
After a season of Tyranny that has left scars on the foundation of each faction, Year 4 Season 3 Resistance tells the story of the rebellious warriors who take a stand to defeat a common enemy: The Warmongers and their regime of terror.
Coinciding with the start of the new season, For Honor will kick-off with the first part of a new limited-time event: Tales of the Rebellion (watch the video). Beginning today until Oct 8, players will experience the story of warriors who took a stand against the Warmongers and their order through a weekly different co-op PvE activity. The event will come with a Free Event Pass with plenty of rewards for the player to earn.
Resistance will bring new seasonal customization content themed around the events, including an outfit, a Cinnabar material, weapons, executions, and armors. Additionally, the season will introduce a Team Identification Update for players. With no more distinctions between Attacker, Defender, or Neutral colors, players can now wear any color palette despite their team affiliation.
Starting today, players can purchase the Year 4 Season 3 Sylvan-themed Battle Pass to gain access to 100 tiers of premium rewards including weapons, outfits, and more. Players who want a head start unlocking this content can purchase the Year 4 Season 3 Battle Bundle, which instantly unlocks the first 25 tiers.
Additionally, Year 4 Season 3 will introduce a new Wu Lin map, “Belvedere.” With buildings designed in the Wu Lin tradition, it features a scenic arena surrounded by beautiful gardens and ancient pavilions.
