gamescom 2015: Kathy Rain Announced

During gamescom 2015, developers Raw Fury Games and Clifftop Games, a freshly founded Swedish one man studio, consisting of Joel Staaf Hästö, featured Kathy Rain.

Kathy Rain, a sassy rocker chick with a knack for detective work, returns to her hometown after being gone for many years. Joined by her enthusiastic roommate Eileen, she starts investigating a local mystery, the legacy of her recently deceased grandfather. As they follow a trail of clues he left behind, questions will emerge… What was Joseph Rain really looking for that night all those years ago? What turned him into a mere shell of a man, confined to a wheelchair? What secret did a young artist suicide take with her to the grave, and why are so many people in Conwell Springs going mad? The truth is dark and sinister, and as things come to a head, bizarre events start to occur with a striking resemblance to Kathy’s childhood.
